Class Description
Join me for a two hour extended practice. DETAILS COMING SOON Suitable for all levels of experience as options will be given but please get in touch in advance if you have any particular health or physical conditions that affect your movement. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations with more than 48 notice but less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund and cancellations within 48 hours do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. For workshops and events please check when booking for the specific policy for your event.
