A two hour workshop where we will focus on yoga for a healthy spine. Having a spine that is mobile - strong and flexible - is important for proper movement and function of the back, neck and shoulders.
We’ll be stretching, extending, twisting and bending our backs through a series of poses with the aim of you leaving feeling 6 inches taller than when you arrived.
A mobile spine impacts everyday activities, helps prevent injuries and benefits sports performance.

Limited mobility can lead to pain, poor posture, and compensation issues in other areas of the body, particularly the lower back.
So whether you want to pick up some tips for stretches you can do at home to help with a stiff back, learn some mobilisation drills to help get your whole spine moving or just come a long and enjoy a yoga practice inspired by the spine and all of the lovely movements it can do this is for you.
As always we will end with a 30 minute extended guided meditation.
